Lake Region Electric Cooperative Headquarters, Pelican Rapids, Minnesota

Design and construction of a corporate headquarters for a regional utility company comprised of 34,000 sq. ft. of office space, plus warehouse and vehicular storage functions.  The study began with an analysis of two alternative approaches, one expanding the existing 1960's office building, and the other to start over on a new site.  A new site was chosen, and YHR Partners served as construction manager as well as architect.
