Adaptive use of a former
fraternal club building originally built in the 1960's to serve as
a "kindergarten center" housing all kindergarten and preschool
programs for a number of elementary school zones in South Fargo.
Major gutting of interiors and partitioning of space was necessary
to meet a significantly different program than that for which the
building was originally designed. Systems too were
substantially revised. The project was delivered on an
extremely tight timetable to provide occupancy just nine months
after we were engaged as architects and construction managers. |
