Douglas County Services Center, Alexandria, Minnesota

Adaptive use of a school building built in 1930, 1968, and 1980 was planned to house human service agencies of the county and similar functions of other units of government and private providers, along with a public library, and some law enforcement functions.  The project provides approximately 50,000 sq. ft. of office space, and also includes use of existing gymnasiums, pool and kitchen for community purposes.
