The following projects deal with the reconstruction of buildings or sites based on archaeology, archival information and architectural evidence for the purpose of interpretation and to create a historical context.

Fort Union National Historic Site, Williston ND

- Reconstruction of a historic cavalry post in Western North Dakota

The following projects involve the sensitive restoration, renovation, or adaptive use of buildings eligible for or listed on the National Register of Historic Places or other local registries governed by the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Rehabilitation of Historic Structures.

- Renovation and expansion of a downtown theatre in the art deco style

Metropolitan Opera House, Grand Forks ND

- Renovation of a downtown opera house for adaptive reuse
