YHR Partners with Damberg Scott Gerzina Wagner Architects of Duluth, MN, developed this project to include a large shared use storage garage, a truck wash bay, a five bay service garage with a five ton bridge crane, truck hoist and car hoist. All three client entities share the various components of the office portion.
