Julie Newman Rokke AIA
Principal/Project Manager

Julie provides leadership in the firm in planning and design.
She is a creative planner, facilitating planning process that
provide clients with a long term vision and goals towards securing
quality built environments. She leads many of the design
efforts in the office and has designed several projects to receive
design excellence awards. She is active in many community
organizations in long term care, historic preservation and
education. Julie has been with YHR Partners since 1985 and
is a licensed architect, interior designer and master gardner. |

James P. Welch AIA
Principal/Managing Partner

Jim
oversees the administration, financial and operations within the
office. In addition, he has a key role in providing
technical expertise and construction administration service for
numerous projects. He has extensive experience in construction
documents and specifications and supports quality efforts within
the office and leads the estimating team. Jim
joined the firm in 1989. He provides volunteer service to
the profession, being a past president of NDAIA and is an active
volunteer in the community as secretary in the Vikingland Kiwanis
Club, Vice Chair of the Fargo-Moorhead Area Chamber of Commerce
and Moorhead Economic Development Authority. |

Richard L. Meier AIA
Principal/Project Manager

Rich
has been with YHR Partners since 1993, serving as a project
manager and a construction administrator on numerous projects.
Rich currently leads the production department coordinating
drawings both in-house and with consulting engineers. He has
experience with numerous project types and various delivery
methods. Rich as a good working relationship with
contractors and provides value engineering for projects. |

James C. Simpson AIA
Principal/Project Manager

Jim
leads the firm's experience in the preparation of specifications,
and technical evaluations of existing structures. Jim has
extensive knowledge of building materials, quality standards, and
building codes. He is certified as a Construction Specifier
by the Construction Specification Institute. Jim has been
active in the community serving on the City of Fargo Board of
Adjustments and as Chairman of the North Dakota State Building
Code Advisory Committee.
Jim joined YHR Partners in 1996 after several years of experience
with other firms. |

Margaret K. Follingstad AIA

Margaret joined the firm in January, 2003
after six years on the west coast. She is a Project
Manager in pre-design planning and on through the supervision of
the building construction with experience in development of
religious facilities, educational facilities, nursing homes,
historical restoration, historical replication, hospitality,
retail centers, mixed use, and urban design. |

Mark D. Lundberg AIA
Principal/Project Manager

Mark joined the firm in 2003 as a creative
architect with excellent design skills and over 17 years of
experience encompassing the full range of architectural
services. He has been the designer and project manager on
numerous institutional, academic and educational facilities.
Mark is capable of building consensus of large groups through
effective communication skills. |
