St. Francis Catholic Church, Benson, Minnesota

A comprehensive study of an existing facility, including a 1914 historic church, a rectory of the same age, and a 1950's parochial school, was done to aid renovation and reallocation of space after the closing of the parochial school led to a comprehensive master plan.  A highly successful fund drive allowed Phase I to renovate the existing Church seating 350, and add a gathering space in a compatible Beaux Arts style.
