Brickstone Lofts adaptively reused an old laundromat by converting it into a mixed-use building. Keeping the original footprint, the first floor was remodeled to provide commercial space, support, and residential access.  Above there are two levels and 8 apartments units that range in size from 900 SF to 1,100 SF.
