This project development consists of 6 mixed use buildings on a shared plaza site.  Phase 1 is a 96-unit mixed-use apartment building that utilizes a 4-over-2 podium.  The lower level is entirely below grade parking.  The first floor consists of walk up units, a fitness area, leasing office, commercial space, enclosed parking, a trash room, and bike storage.  The second, third, fourth, and fifth floors are apartment units that share a community room and outdoor rooftop courtyard.
