The project consists of remodeled and new academic space for the Culinary Arts program, flexible multi-use instruction/meeting spaces, bookstore and post office reconfigurations, a C-store/coffee shop, common area upgrades, and HVAC, life safety, building envelope (roofing & windows), loading dock, auxiliary food service and security improvements.
