YHR Partners with DSGW of Duluth, MN, developed this 64,000 sf facility which includes a large shared use storage garage, a truck wash bay, a five bay service garage with a five ton bridge crane, truck hoist and car hoist. MNDOT, Clay County and the City of Moorhead share the various components of the office portion of the building.
