Heritage Living Center On June 19th Heritage Living Center celebrated its Grand Opening of their new 64 resident skilled care facility June 19, 2018. Jim Welch, Ryan Gran, and Julie Rokke of YHR Partners attended the celebration honoring Heritage Community and Hubbard County on this new state-of-the art facility.
