This 9,000 square foot building was done for EagleRidge Development. The building can be split from one to three rental units. The intent of the project was to create an attractive shell strip mall that would be leasing out to businesses. The goal of the project was to create a building that would catch the eye of the traffic on 45th Street in Fargo while also being sensitive to budget and future leasing costs.
