This project for the Fargo Housing Authority is a new low income affordable senior housing community consisting of 84 units made up of (76) 1-Bedroom Units and (8) 2-Bedroom Units that is three stories tall with an underground parking garage.  Each floor has a series of amenities with the first floor having the main dining room, lounges, salon, offices, meeting rooms and support spaces; second floor has a multipurpose room, work out space, spa, lounges, and support spaces; and third floor has a large lounge area along with support spaces. The surrounding landscape offers paved walking paths for residents along with seating areas throughout the property.  At the rear of the building, a large patio is located off the dining room for residents to enjoy the weather along with seasonal barbeques and nights out by the natural gas fire pit. The project is designed to meet Enterprise green Community Standards.
