YHR Partners was organized in 1983 to bring high quality architectural services to the Upper Midwest area. The firm is located in Moorhead, MN and organized as a Minnesota Corporation with four partners having ownership. The firm provides planning and architectural services in the upper Midwest with registrations in MN, ND, SD, and MT. Our architectural services include experience with a wide variety of building types, with a specialty in healthcare, education, historic preservation and religious structures.

Richard Meier, AIA

Richard Meier is a Principal at YHR. He has been with YHR since 1993. He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from North Dakota State University in 1990. He has a Frenchie named Nala. In his free time, he enjoys reading and bike riding.

Margaret Follingstad, AIA

Margaret Follingstad is a Principal at YHR. She received her bachelors from North Dakota State University in 1992 and her Graduate Degree from Strathclyde University in 1993. She has been with YHR since 1990.

Mark Lundberg, AIA, LEED

Mark Lundberg is a Principal at YHR. He has been with YHR since 2003. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from North Dakota State University in 1986. He has a Dachshund named Bentley. In his spare time, he enjoys painting, drawing, and building furniture.

Adam Pangrac, AIA

Adam Pangrac is a Principal at YHR. He has been with YHR since 2011. He received his Master of Architecture degree from North Dakota State University in 2011. He has a Collie/Lab Mix named Linden. His hobbies include running, biking, and anything else that allows him to be active and being outdoors.

Ryan Gran, AIA

Ryan Gran is a Project Manager. He has been with YHR since 1996. He received a Bachelor of Architecture at North Dakota State University in 2003. He has a Cairn Terrier named Macy. In his spare time, he enjoys time at the lake with family and friends, working in the yard, kayaking, and cruising around the lake in one of his vintage boats.

Sheridan Allen

Sheridan Allen is a Construction Administrator. She has been with YHR since 2023. She graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Management from North Dakota State University in 2019. She has a Siberian Husky named Ekko and a Calico cat named Luna. In her spare time, she enjoys reading books, shopping for books and tending to her many plants.

Matthew Olson

Matthew Olson is a Project Manager at YHR. He has been with YHR since 2017. He received his Master of Architecture degree from North Dakota State University in 2007. His favorite animal is a dog. His pastimes include coaching youth sports and spending time at the lake with my family.

Mark Sundet, AIA

Mark Sundet is a Project Manager. he received both his Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies in 1980 and his Master of Architecture in 1981 from North Dakota State University. In his free time, Mark enjoys golfing, hockey and anything that involves relaxing at the lake!

Jenna Lawrence

Jenna Lawrence is an Architectural Intern. She has been with YHR since 2020.She obtained her Master of Architecture in May of 2020 at North Dakota State University. She has a sassy cat named Picalo who rules the house. She enjoys spending time with her baby girl, Vali, and her husband, Cole, drinking coffee on a Saturday morning, and being on the lake in the sunshine.

Samantha Schrader

Samantha Schrader is an Architectural Intern. She has been with YHR since 2019. She completed her Master of Architecture in 2021, with a Minor in Business Management, from North Dakota State University. She has a Golden Doodle named Gigi. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the lake with family and friends.

Luke DeVries

Luke DeVries is an Architectural Intern. He has been with YHR since 2021. He completed her Master of Architecture at North Dakota State University in 2022. His favorite animal is a koala bear. In his free time, he enjoys reading, crate digging for new tunes, and spending time with family.

Lilly Kuschel

Lilly Kuschel is an Architectural Associate. She completed her Master of Architecture at North Dakota State University in 2023. She has a German Shepard, Titan, an American Akita, Kaia, as well as a cat, Saphy. In her free time, she enjoys strength training and spending time with friends and family.

Kaitlyn Bridgeman

Kaitlyn Bridgeman is an Architectural Intern. She completed her Master of Architecture at North Dakota State University in 2024. Her favorite animal is a golden retriever. In her free time, she enjoys finding hidden gems at antique stores and going to farmers markets.

Norma Tessmer

Norma Tessmer is a Business Administrator. She has been with YHR since 2000. She received her Bachelor of Accounting from MSUM in 1982. Her favorite animal is a teddy bear. When not at the office, she spends her time reading and volunteering!

Erika Bartunek

Erika Bartunek is an Administrative Assistant and Marketing Coordinator. She has been with YHR since 2019. She received her Bachelor of Mass Communication from MSUM 1993. She has a mini dachshund named Neeko. In her free time, she enjoys scrapbooking and watching her daughter play basketball.
