This total renovation of an historic 1926 movie and vaudeville palace in the art deco style, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, allows the building to serve as a Performing Arts Center for the Fargo-Moorhead area. Work included installation of a stage lift, replacement of all mechanical/electrical systems and all stage, sound and lighting equipment, along with refreshing all interior finishes and restoration of the unique "neon fountains" flanking the stage.
