This project consists of a 21,600 SF addition to a 40,100 SF existing elementary school. The original building and the new addition are an E occupancy with non-combustible type 2-B construction, steel frame and concrete block structure with brick veneer, and low slope EPDM roofing. Interior finishes are steel stud/drywall walls with vinyl wall covering, carpet, tile and lay-in ceiling tile.
