​The Zurcher Cottage is a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility. As a part of the campus master plan YHR Partners has created for the Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch Minot Campus. This 15000 sf Treatment Facility includes 20 resident bedrooms, common spaces, sensory rooms, and support spaces.
