South  Elementary School.

This project is intended to rebuild and remodel existing South Elementary School to make it meet the standards of newer West Fargo Elementary Schools. The scope of the additions is as follows: A multi-phased demolition and rebuilding of the east academic wing built in 1952, remodeling of existing classrooms on the west and north side of the school to enlarge classrooms to District standard for area and amenities, provide additional small group rooms and special-ed spaces, kitchen/commons area remodeling to creating a new kitchen and expanded commons/cafeteria space, The existing boiler room is in the 1952 wing will be demolished, a new boiler plant will be created in new or remodeled space, new fire sprinkler systems will be installed throughout. The site work consists of a new drop-off loop/playground at east side, additional parking at school property south of the school.
