​The project involves renovation of the entire building including mechanical/electrical systems and addressing life safety issues. Key elements include the renovation of Glasrud Auditorium to provide a state-of-the-art facility to accommodate a variety of events including use as a learning lab for students in theater production. A service elevator and exit stair at the back of house, other support areas, dressing room and green room expand the functionality. The renovation includes English department offices and interactive learning classrooms for the English department and other programs as well as providing facilities for workforce training events.
