This project for the Fargo Housing Authority is a new low-income affordable housing community consisting of 110 units made up of one, two and three bedroom units that is four stories tall with a grade level parking garage.  
This building replaces the Lashkowitz High Rise Tower with a more efficient building that will cater to the current needs of housing and into the future. This project features parking, a community room, offices, meeting rooms and support spaces; The upper floors will have a series of amenities including workout spaces, activity spaces, lounges, and other support spaces as well as an elevated outdoor amenity plaza with views of the Red River. The surrounding landscape offers paved walking paths for residents along with seating areas to the Red River.  The project is designed to meet Enterprise Green Community Standards.
